These terms govern use of Kunhar India and purchases made through this website. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and availability
Product images, descriptions, prices and availability are displayed in good faith. Minor visual variation can occur because of screens, lighting and handcrafted materials. We may correct an accidental listing error or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced or cannot be fulfilled.
Pricing and payment
Prices and applicable charges are shown during checkout. Orders are prepaid online through the payment options shown at checkout; Cash on Delivery is not offered. An order is accepted only after the payment and order confirmation steps are completed.
Delivery
Delivery availability, charge and estimated time depend on the serviceable delivery location. Current shipping terms and returns conditions are available in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Returns and refunds
Eligible return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Damage, wrong item and missing-part reports must be raised within 48 hours with supporting photos or video. Approved refunds for paid orders are processed to the original payment source after the return is received and inspected.
Acceptable use
You must provide accurate account, contact, delivery and payment information and must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
