Shipping
Kunhar India delivers across serviceable locations in India. Delivery availability, shipping charge and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout after the delivery address or pincode is entered.
- Estimated delivery: 2–10 business days, depending on the delivery zone. Remote locations may take longer.
- Shipping charge: ₹50–₹80 according to the delivery zone.
- Free delivery: available at the zone-specific threshold displayed at checkout (currently ₹500–₹800 on the item subtotal before coupon discounts).
- Payment: orders are prepaid online using the payment options presented securely at checkout. Cash on Delivery is not available.
- Tracking: once dispatched, tracking details are shared through the order updates available to you.
Returns, damage and refunds
- For eligible items, submit a return request within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and returned with their original packaging and included accessories.
- If an item is damaged, incorrect or has a missing part, report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video of the parcel and product.
- We review each request before approving a return, replacement or refund. Items damaged by misuse, normal wear, or inadequate return packaging are not eligible.
- Where a refund is approved for a paid order, it is made to the original payment source after the returned item is received and checked. Bank/payment-provider posting time can vary.
