How long will delivery take?
Delivery availability, charge and estimated time appear at checkout after you enter the delivery address or pincode. Estimated delivery is generally 2–10 business days, depending on the delivery zone.
Is shipping free?
Free shipping is zone-specific. The qualifying item-subtotal threshold is shown at checkout before payment; coupon discounts do not reduce the subtotal used for that eligibility check.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
No. Orders are prepaid online through the payment options displayed securely at checkout.
What is the return policy?
Eligible items can be requested for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and returned with original packaging. Report damage, wrong items or missing parts within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video.
How do I get help with an order?
